Settings

The Settings area centralizes vendor configuration in one place using tabs.

Who can access Settings​

  • Vendors: can manage vendor settings.
  • Affiliates: see a simplified Vendors tab with shareable store URLs (only for vendors that configured an Affiliate referral URL).

Settings tabs (Vendor)​

General​

General business settings such as vendor branding and social links.

Custom Domains​

Configure a custom domain for Pulse-hosted URLs (checkout and product pages). See Custom Domains.

Affiliate​

Configure affiliate referrals and generate the copy/paste tracking script for your own website:

  • Affiliate referral URL: the base URL you give to affiliates (example: https://yourdomain.com).
  • Tracking code: embeddable script hosted by Pulse Billing at /affiliate.js.
  • Tracking length: how long the affiliate id is remembered on your website.
  • Debug mode: shows a small on-page panel (can also be enabled with ?aff_debug=1).

Payment gateways​

Manage payment gateway connections (e.g. Stripe / PayPal) from the Payment gateways tab.

Webhooks​

Manage webhook endpoints from Settings → Webhooks. See Webhook Management.

Discord​

Connect and manage your Discord integration from Settings → Discord. See Discord Integration.

Settings tab (Affiliate)​

Vendors​

Lists vendors you promote and shows a store URL for each vendor that already includes your affiliate id.
